     This is the place where you are able to file legitimate complaints or problems you are having with any cell phone repair shop in the US or Canada.  It is not acceptable for another cell phone repair store to complain about a competitor while pretending to be an unhappy customer.  Fraudulent complaints will not be tolerated.  Such activities are considered "Interfering with internet and interstate commerce," and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

     Reasonable and credible complaints will be posted on this site organized by company names and addresses that are the targets of the complainants.  The names & email addresses will be verified prior to posting and will also be publicly displayed on this site.

     The complaints will be unedited except for the blocking out of profanity if and when it may appear.  All complaints are in the customer's own words and only the customers are responsible for the content of their writings.  Our mission is to publish their complaints until the complaints have been resolved within a reasonable amount of time.
